If you're lucky enough to find hardwood floors hiding under the covers tired, feels like wood back-up. This is understandable because the plans of finishing, even looks like a mission impossible.
Floors have been a common feature in homes until the year 1960, before that wall, where-carpeting was considered a luxury upgrade. Since 1970, most homes had-to-wall carpeting in most rooms. But tastes change, and in the pastdecades, has wooden floors, once again become fashionable and desirable.
Often when I talk with someone about fixing the house, ask them to finish wood floor is something they can do themselves. Unless the person is a physical reason why they can not do it, I was around to say yes. But also remember that a repetition of wood floors most of the time, sweat, and elbow grease.
